I'm new to sprout and this video doesn't really show me how to create a contract template. I couldn't find another video, so here's my question, at the bottom of the contract templates, there is a button named settings which opens up signatures. are these only client signatures?

Please please please, according to the manual of this camera. The film mustn’t go underneath it! Check the manual for correct way to load the film! Otherwise you will get the photos with lines!

Is there a way to have an option within the booking page for a client to purchase a gift certificate for a mini session (without requiring them to select a date & time, so they can use it at a later date)

If I have two seperate schedulers one for my zoom meetings and one for my weddings will it not make a date available if I have a wedding that day booked already?

I tried to create a buffer after each session and it wouldn't let me. Such as I want a session to be at 9-9:20 and then have a 10 minute break and then jump back in at 9:30-9:50..ect. How can I do this?

Hi, I’m currently testing sprout as a solution for my bookings. Question? Does the booking page have a testing mode? Where I can send this to someone else or my self without paying? How can I integrate this with my G4 analytics?

I have noticed that when I use the AI feature when sending an email it’s really cool. But then it seems to delete the booking link.

Is it possible to upload videos to a gallery? I do a lot of short-form product videos for my clients, but it looks like it skips those types of files when I add them to the upload.

Very interesting. Just stumbled across sprout. Had been looking at Honeybook and Studio Ninja and ran across you guys. Currently using Shootproof for gallery. I'm making a big push into expanding my wedding photography in 2024. Had done video for several years but moved back into photography. 2023 was focused on rodeo and concert photography. Did 2 Luke Combs shows, one in Nashville the other in Dublin, Ireland. Weddings is showing the best possibility for financial gain, so shifting my focus back there. Have a mailchimp account, but I'm really intrigued by the all-in-one concept you have going.

Hi there, really want to love Sprout as I liked the vibe of the company, and the CRM is probably the most complete in terms of a single place to run a photography business... I just could not get my head around it. I could not get workflows to work, no matter how hard I tried, and I was constantly trying to learn the software but never quite getting to grips with it. I am hopeful with the coming changes I will be able to try Sprout again and see if I can get over the learning curve this time.

Сейчас использую световой стол Kaiser similite plano, Lomography digitaliza 35mm film scanning mask, camera Canon EOS M50 с объективом Canon EF 100/2,8 macro. После экспериментов я также пришёл к выводу, что применение обычных объективов с макро-кольцами, это плохое решение. Всё это на штативе Manfrotto с горизонтальной штангой. Да, каждый раз приходится выставлять камеру на штативе по уровню и устанавливать плёнку отрезками без возможности применять в последующем одни настройки для многих кадров. Теперь, после вашего видео, есть возможность совершенствовать систему. Спасибо вам за это! Просто мне не нравились системы подачи плёнки, которые пробовал. Но я не знал про Pro Film Carrier 35. Да, теперь я буду маскировать неиспользуемое пространство светового стола. К стати, я использую Capture One. Чёрт возьми, мужик, спасибо тебе за это видео!

Hello. I work for a small school photography firm and we use your service. I'm in the process of learning your software/site and have a couple question. 1) Is it possible to assign a password and client email to each image? Some of our customers order digital downloads but for security reasons, we don't want to grant them access to the full gallery. Just the image they purchased. 2) Is it possible to grant password access to one collection/folder, of a gallery, without showing the other folders? To put my questions into context: We have a Sprout project dedicated to all Fall portraits. Each gallery represents a school. Within those galleries are two folders/collections. One for Staff images and one strictly for customer digital download orders of students. We would like to grant the schools full access to all Images. But restrict each customer to their individual image order, via a password. But we don't want any of the galleries visible to the general public. Can this be done?
